Ladybug Scarification

What de you think abut this kind of picture? There isn't blood, so it's not gore?, and it's body modification as for tattoo (but I'm not using ink as for tattoo, I just let my body do a nice scar, and I'm not using needles but a sclapel) so no violence too.

Should I also let a mature content filter for that one too? Or it's okay? 
I prefer to ask, because for me it's normal, this is not self harming it's my vision of body art, and I don't want to hurt anybody here <3

15ème auto scar: Aujourd'hui j'ai cherché des coccinelles dehors pour l'invasion de pucerons sur mes tournesols.
Cette zone est sensible, donc douloureuse  Il y'avais aussi beaucoup de sang. Mais il est plus douloureux de garder la position pendant la découpe sur ce coté de la jambe que la découpe elle-même.

15th self scar: Today I've searched some ladybugs outside for the aphids invasion on my sunflowers.
This area is painful  , very sensitive area and there was also a lot of blood. But it's more painful to keep the position during the cutting on this side of the leg than the cut himself.
